Technical Support Assistant

  • Manage and troubleshoot the AS/400 and MS Windows NT 4.0 networks and Linux e-mail system serving six courthouses in coordination with the Technical Support Supervisor.
  • Create Requests for Proposals and Requests for Bids on certain information technology oriented projects undertaken by the district.
  • Installed the primary file and application servers on the local NT network.
  • Created and maintained the intranet homepage for the district.
  • Converted all personal computers in the district over to the state's central NT network domain and MS Exchange Server.
  • Maintain sound systems and phone systems throughout the district.
  • Our district is considered the technological leader of all judicial districts in the state.
